Are your products brand-new and certified?

Yes, absolutely. All products we sell are 100% brand-new, factory-sealed, and sourced directly from authorized manufacturers and distributors. This includes both domestic and imported items. Every product comes with a full manufacturer warranty for your peace of mind.

What types of products do you sell?

We supply a comprehensive range of HVAC equipment and home appliances, including: air conditioning units (central AC, mini-splits, window units, VRF systems), heating equipment (boilers, furnaces, infrared heaters, radiant floor systems), ventilation systems (ductwork, exhaust fans, diffusers), electrical and HVAC accessories (thermostats, wiring, tools), refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, stoves, ovens, and range hoods.

Which brands do you carry?

We are authorized dealers for over 13 leading brands including Carrier, Mitsubishi Electric, York, Honeywell, Cooper & Hunter, Oxbox HVAC, Diversitech, Stelpro, UEI Test, GenAire Systems, Tuttokool, ABI Tape, and K-Flex. We continually expand our brand partnerships to meet customer demand.

Do you offer warranty on your products?

Yes. All products come with the full manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and product type, but typically range from 1 to 10 years. Our team can provide specific warranty details for any product you're interested in.

Do you serve residential or commercial clients?

Can I place an order by phone?

Do you offer bulk or contractor pricing?

Yes, we offer competitive wholesale pricing for all customers, and additional volume discounts for bulk orders. Contractors and repeat customers may qualify for special pricing arrangements. Contact us to discuss your project needs and get a customized quote.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, checks, and bank transfers. For large orders, we can also arrange payment terms for established customers.

Delivery & Pickup

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes! We provide same-day delivery across Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, the Bronx, and Long Island for in-stock items. For urgent projects, we can deliver within 2 hours. Delivery fees vary based on distance and order size - contact us for a quote.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Absolutely. You're welcome to visit our showroom and warehouse at 134-07 Northern Blvd, 01D, Flushing, NY 11354 during business hours. We recommend calling ahead for large orders so we can have everything prepared for quick pickup.

What are your business hours?

Summer hours: Monday - Saturday: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Sunday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
Winter hours: Monday - Saturday: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Sunday: Closed.
We're open early to accommodate contractors who need equipment before starting their workday.

Do you provide installation services?

While we primarily focus on equipment supply, we can connect you with trusted, licensed HVAC contractors in the New York area. Our team also provides technical support and guidance to help installers complete the job efficiently.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unopened, undamaged products within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Custom orders and special-order items may have different return policies. Please contact us before returning any items so we can process your return smoothly.
